In sync with nature in Norway

Returning to Norway yesterday, I was struck by the peacefulness of the aweinspiring nature here. The shift was dramatic, from the heaviness that I felt in Ireland, to a lighter and more joyful feeling here in Norway.  Those upward in years have smiles full of compassion and kindness written into their faces. There's a sense here that life is good, and high importance placed on efforts towards making life enjoyable and fulfilling for all people. And this really is a grand step towards evolution spiritually, in that it enables people to partake in the smörgåsbord (buffet) of life! Here there is an undeniable connectedness with nature - evidenced for instance, by the national pastime of 'gå på tur', meaning to head out hiking through nature.

Of course Norway is known as a country that takes good care of its people, and does more than it's fair share internationally towards helping other nations towards development and human rights. My sense is that the closeness which people live and relate to nature here is a key to bringing about many of the positive attributes that Norwegians embody and give to the World.
